Drew was too young to die. He from the moment of birth had been a light of life in the Martin family. Very close to his younger sister Alli he truly was the ultimate big brother. Drew grew up playing soccer and also playing the guitar. He loved to read and often in his spare time volunteered doing just that at childrenŐs hospitals. Drew tragically experienced a car accident that took his ability to walk from him, but he did not deter. Drew concentrated harder on things he could do, like volunteer work, rather than what he could not do any longer. Drew furiously worked to be a subject in a spinal stimulator surgery and was able to do so. Unfortunately complications arose and he passed away during the operation. Drew truly had a heart of gold and will be missed. As much as all that knew him wish to cry from the loss of someone so young we must remember what my brother told me just before he left this world..."Remember me...for I have lived."
